Only admins, and every change is recorded in the activity log with who made it and when.
Can field officers check in away from the branch?
They check in at the workplaces you set up. You can add a workplace for any location they report to.
How is the data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and face templates are encrypted at rest. Admins can turn on two-step sign-in, and each company only ever sees its own data.
